The Flags of Honor is a community investment program of the Skiatook Chamber of Commerce through which the Chamber makes available U.S. flags for the placement in the Osage Gardens Cemetery to:

  • Pay tribute to deceased veterans with personal or family ties to the Skiatook area.

  • Provide a visual statement of behalf of the Chamber & Community that we honor the sacrificial service of our military personnel…past, present & future.

  • Beautify the cemetery & city on the designated patriotic holidays.

The Skiatook Chamber of Commerce will be responsible for displaying the flags on the following patriotic holidays (depending on weather & other extenuating circumstances, we will try to display the flags 2-3 days on either side of the holiday):

  • Presidents’ Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Veterans’ Day
